CIRCULARISE B.V. MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Circularise B.V. (“Circularise”) and your organization (“Customer”) as
of the Effective Date (as defined below). If the individual accepting this Agreement is accepting on behalf of a
company, government agency, or other legal entity, such individual represents that they have the authority to
bind such entity and its Affiliates to this Agreement, in which case the term "Customer" shall refer to such
entity and its Affiliates. If the individual does not have such authority, or if the individual does not agree with
the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such individual must not accept this Agreement and may not use
the Service and/or the Trial Service. This Agreement will allow Customer to procure software-as-a-service
products or services, obtain support and/or other professional services from Circularise.
